摘　　要：腐败问题已经成为当今世界大多数国家都在面临的社会问题,具有"阳光法案"之称的官员财产公开制度是反腐工作得以开展的强有力的一项措施。为了使我国官员财产制度公开顺利实施,打造阳光透明型政府,通过对我国官员财产公开现状的分析,探讨了完善符合我国国情的官员财产公开制度的对策。Corruption has become a social problem that most of the countries in the world are facing with, and the system ot official property disclosure which has been called Sunshine Act has become a powerful measure to carry out anti-corruption work. In order to carry out the system of official property disclosure smoothly, and create a sunshine transparent government, this thesis discusses the countermeasures to improve the system of official property disclosure in line with China＇s national conditions, through the analysis of the current situation of the official property disclosure.
