摘 要:为克服传统双向DC-DC变换器的不足,对一种新型的双向功率流电压型准Z源DC-DC变换器进行研究。该变换器是基于准Z源变换器的思想,其中双向功率开关由两个面对面连接的IGBT模块构成,通过PWM波形控制双向功率开关导通占空比,实现在单一拓扑结构下双向功率流传输的目的。该拓扑结构的优点是可以实现双向的升/降压输出,并且具有较宽的调压范围。首先应用saber软件对电路进行了仿真验证,然后进行实验验证,其结果证实了该电路拓扑的合理性和优越性。To overcome the defects of traditional bidirectional DC-DC converter, a study of a novel bidirectional power flow voltage-fed quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter was made. The converter was based on the quasi-Z-source converter concept, in which two IGBT modules were face-to-face connected to constitute a bidirectional power switch, and can transmit bidirectional power flow in a single topology by PWM control.Advantages of this circuit are it can realize bidirectional buck-boost output, and it had the features of wide range regulation of voltage. Firstly, the simulation was performed with the Saber software to verify the circuit, then experiments were performed to testify the theory, the simulation and experimental results verify the rationality and superiority of the circuit topology.
