基层中医院开展临床药学工作路径与方法的探讨

摘　　要：由于长期受到"重西轻中"的政策影响,导致基层中医院发展经费投入严重不足、基础薄弱,且中医药特色不鲜明。再加之中医院患者覆盖面广,中西药联合使用情况普遍,存在较大的安全隐患。故基层中医院应在结合医院实际情况的前提下,从基础做起、发挥优势,找寻有效的路径和方法开展临床药学工作,为临床医护人员以及患者提供安全合理的用药咨询与指导。As a result of long-term ＂ heavy light＂ policy, leading to the development of grass-roots hospitals in the development of a serious shortage of funds, the basis is weak, and the characteristics of Chinese medicine is not clear. Coupled with a wide range of patients with Chinese medicine hospital, the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a big security risk. Therefore, the grassroots hospital of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the premise of the actual, starting from the foundation, play the advantages to find effective ways and methods to carry out clinical pharmacy work for clinicians and patients to provide safe and reasonable medication advice and guidance.
