中医古籍中更年期女性患病规律探析

摘　　要：目的探寻古代更年期女性的患病规律。方法采用文献数据挖掘的方法,对《中华医典》中40~60岁的女性医案进行分析。结果 (1)古代更年期女性常见病以月经病、咳嗽、痢疾为主;(2)按照中医病证分类,常见病以脾胃系疾病、月经病类疾病、心脑系疾病为主;(3)按照所属科室分类,常见病以消化内科、呼吸内科、妇科疾病为主;(4)常见病因有内伤、外感和病理产物,主要病机为火热内生。结论以上规律为临床治疗更年期女性疾病提供了参考依据。Objective To research pathological regularities of menopausal women in ancient literature. Methods The cases of menopausal women in the literature of Encyelopadia of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed by methods of data mining. Results The common menopausal diseases were menopathy, cough and desentery. The diseases of spleen and stomach system, menopathy and cardiovascular diseases were main diseases according to TCM disease classifications. Diseases of gastroenterology, respiratory medicine and gynaecology were common. Common etiologies were endogenous, exogenous pathogenic factors and pathological products. Main pathogenesis of endogenous diseases was endogenous fire formation. Conclusion The regularities provided reference for modem clinical treatment on menopausal women.
