基于中医传承辅助系统分析迟华基教授治疗月经病用药经验  

Analysis on Medication Experience of Professor Chi Huaji on Menopathy Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Aided System

摘　　要：基于中医传承辅助系统分析迟华基教授治疗月经病用药经验的结果显示治疗月经病处方中的药物使用频次高于10次的有20味,其中前4位的使用频次在30次以上,分别是生地黄、川芎、香附和当归。使用频次最高的几味药物中,熟地黄、白芍、当归、川芎的组合是以四物汤为主方,在此基础上加减应用不同药物以配伍治疗各种辨证分型的月经病。常用药物中,除香附、当归、红花、桃仁、益母草、艾叶等常用的妇科活血调经要药外,还使用了众多补益肝肾的药物,如炒杜仲、川牛膝、菟丝子、桑寄生、炒白芍、熟地黄,这体现了迟老师从肾论治月经的思想,这是对内经理论中关于肾气内容的具体应用。Based on the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance system, we analyzed the medication experience from Professor Chi＇s prescriptions on treating menopathy through frequency analysis. There were 20 herbs whose frequency of usage was over 10 times, including the four leading used frequently more than 30 times were Radix Rehmanniae Recens, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. In the most frequently used herbs, the combination of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong is Siwu decoction. On that basis, the different herbal medicines were modified as the compatible treatment to all sorts of syndrome differentiation of TCM in menopathy. Among the commonly used herbs, in addition to the Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Carthami, Semen Persicae, Herba Leonuri, Folium Artemisiae Argyi were widely used for invigorating the circulation of blood and regulating the menstrual function. Also many drugs for nourishing liver and kidneys, such as Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Cyathulae, Semen Cuscutae, Herba Taxilli, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata were used. It reflects Professor Chi always nourishes the kidney when treating menopathy, which was the specific application of kidney qi content in Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon.
