生血宝合剂联合金水宝胶囊治疗慢性心衰临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察生血宝合剂联合金水宝胶囊治疗慢性心衰患者的临床效果。方法将60例符合慢性心衰诊断的患者随机分为对照组(即常规抗心衰药物治疗)与观察组(常规抗心衰药物基础上予生血宝合剂及金水宝胶囊治疗);每组患者各30例,2组患者均用药8周。比较2组患者的BNP水平、6分钟步行试验米数、左室射血分数、生存质量评分及临床总有效率。结果与对照组比,观察组BNP水平、6分钟步行试验、左室射血分数、生存质量评分及总有效率均优于对照组,具有统计学差异。结论在常规抗心衰药物基础上联合生血宝合剂及金水宝胶囊治疗慢性心衰可有效提高患者心功能,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengxuebao mixture and Jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 60 patients met the diagnosis of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group （conventional anti- heart failure drug therapy） and observation group （conventional anti-heart failure drugs based on combine Shengxuebao mixture Jinshuibao capsule treatment） , with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given drug for eight weeks. The BNP level, the 6-minute walk test a few meters, left ventricular ejection fraction, the total quality of life scores and clinical total effect was compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group, the BNP levels, 6-minute walk test, left ventricular ejection fraction, quality of life scores and the total effective rate of the observation group were than those of the control group, and there was significant difference. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional anti-heart failure drugs, combined with Shengxuebao mixture and Jinshuibao capsule on chronic heart failure can improve heart function, the clinical symptoms and quality of life.
