痹宁汤治疗原发性痛风性关节炎48例

摘　　要：目的研究针对原发性痛风性关节炎,痹宁汤诊疗时产生的临床疗效。方法取2014年7月—2016年8月就诊的96例原发性痛风性关节炎患者,随机、开放分2组治疗:对照组(别嘌呤醇)、治疗组(自拟痹宁汤),观察临床指标、关节功能积分及疗效。结果予以两种方案后,较临床指标(白细胞计数、甘油三酯、血尿酸)、关节功能(红肿、疼痛)积分,治疗组显然效果更佳,且治疗组总有效率(93.75%,45/48)明显优于对照组(81.25%,39/48),差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对原发性痛风性关节炎患者,予以痹宁汤可显著改善症状,效果良好,同时减少并发症,降低复发率,弥补采用西药的缺点。Objective To study the clinical effect of Bining decoction in treating primary gouty arthritis. Methods 96 patients with primary gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two control group （allopurinol） and treatment group （self-made Bining decoction） . The clinical indicators, joint function points and curative effect were observed. Results After the two regimens were given, the clinical index （white blood cell count, triglyceride, blood uric acid） , joint function （swelling and pain） , and the total effective rate （93.75%, 45 / 48） of the treatment group were better than those that in the control group （81.25%, 39/48） , and the difference was significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion For patients with primary gouty arthritis, Bupin decoction can significantly improve the symptoms, has good curative effect, can reduce complications and the recurrence rate, and make up for the shortcomings of the use of Western medicine.
