小针刀联合中药酒火灸治疗肩周炎60例

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀治疗术联合中药酒火灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2014年5月—2015年6月120例已确诊为肩周炎(病程>2个月)的患者随机分为2组各60例,对照组给予小针刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药酒火灸治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和肩关节功能恢复情况(肩周炎百分五级评分法评分计算改善率)相比较。结果两组组内治疗前后VAS评分和肩关节功能恢复比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组组间治疗后VAS评分和肩关节功能恢复情况比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合中药酒火灸在临床上治疗肩周炎效果明显,能有效缓解肩周关节疼痛及关节活动障碍,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomy therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine wine fire moxibustion in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods The confirmed 120 cases of periarthritis （duration 〉2 months） in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupotomy therapy. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine wine fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The visual analogue scale （visual analogue scale, VAS） and shoulder joint function recovery （five per- centage score of shoulder periarthritis） were compared. Results Before and after treatment, VAS score and shoulder joint function recovery within the two groups were statistically significant （P〈 0.05） . After treatment, VAS score and shoulder joint function re- covery between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Aeupotomy combined with Chinese herbal medicine wine fire moxibustion in the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has obvious effect, can effectively relieve shoulder joint pain and joint movement disorder, and is worthy of promotion.
