中医外治防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床研究概况

摘　　要：小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)是临床儿科常见的一种疾病,病情反复发作、病程较长,且易迁延治愈难度大。本文整理了近20年中医外治防治小儿反复呼吸道感染文献110篇,总结小儿反复呼吸道感染病因病机及小儿外治方法,并提出中医外治发展的不足之处。Infantile repeated respiratory tract infection （RRTI） is a common clinical pediatric disease, breaks out repeatedly, has long course of disease, and is difficult to deal with. This paper took nearly 20 years of TCM external therapy in the prevention and treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection with 110 references, and concluded infantile repeated respiratory infection pathogenesis and infantile external treatment methods. It also pointed out the deficiency of the development of TCM external therapy.
