摘　　要：《内经》蕴藏着先进而超前的"治未病"思想,它是中医学防治疾病的理论核心,在大学生自我心理保健中具有独特的优势,亟待进一步推广和挖掘。春季是大学生"心理流感"高发季节,大学生心理亚健康防治尤显重要。文章阐述了大学生结合"治未病"理论顺春生之气,调摄精神情志、调理饮食、规律作息,加强春季自我心理保健以防治心理亚健康状态的方法策略,达到未病先防的效果,具有十分重要的现实意义。The Neijing contains scientific and advanced ideas of ＂ prevention of diseases＂, which is the core of the prevention and treatment of disease in TCM theory. It has a unique advantage to further promote and mining in college students ＇ mental health.Spring has a high incidence of college students ＂ psychological＂ flu. Prevention of college students ＇ psychological sub-health state is all more important. The article expounded the college students of combining the theory of ＂ prevention of diseases＂ come along to cultivate the spirit of modern, regulate diet, regular sleep, strengthen the psychological care for the spring to prevention methods of mental sub-health state strategy, achieve the result of prevention, which has very important practical significance.
