迟华基教授苍耳子散治疗鼻鼽的经验

摘　　要：鼻鼽是耳鼻咽喉科临床的常见病和多发病。迟华基教授根据多年临床经验,认为肺气失宣为其主要病机,病变脏腑涉及肺脾肾,针对属痰湿证者,擅以苍耳子散为基础方,疏风通窍,益气宣肺,临证化裁,辨证施治,再加上辛开苦降的食补方,以及平素通过养生增强体质,诸法合用,标本兼顾,疗效颇佳。Allergic rhinitis, the most common respiratory allergic disease, is common and frequently occuring disease of the ear-nosethroat. According to long-years＇ clinical experience, Chi Huaji, the excellent Professor of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, incidence of allergic rhinit is in lung, spleen, kidney three dirty insufficiency of intemal cause, with the deficiency of lung qi as the root of disease. By benefiting qi and dispersing lung qi, dispelling wind and unblocking orifices is the basic treatment, Xan-thium powder as basic method, and syndrome differentiation. Meanwhile, there is a combination between diet treatment with Xinkai Kujiang method and Yangsheng concept to strength body across the clinical treatment of Professor Chi Huaji, which has better clini-cal effects.
