摘　　要：张春燕教授为上海东方医院中医科主任,海派中医药传人,精于临床辨证,善于运用复方及药对,诊务繁忙,日诊上百人,闲暇时还担任同济大学的授课任务。张教授治病过程中十分擅长运用调畅气血法治疗各种复杂病情,根据患者的具体病情,辅以对相应的治则,或温阳散寒补脾肾或条达肝气化痰浊或滋阴清虚火等,往往取得理想效果,现摘录几例治病实例共同探讨其治病法则及思路以就正于同道,共同参考。Professor Zhang Chunyan is the director of th e department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shanghai East Hospital,Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine descendants. She is good at using the compound and medicine for diagnosis, and also serves at the Tongji University. Professor Zhang Chunyan is very good at using regulate qi and blood in the treatment of complicated disease, ac-cording to the patient＇s specific condition to supplemented by the corresponding treatment. Warming the body dispelling the cold or unobstructed liver qi or nourishing yin, relieve inflammation or internal heat, the ideal effect was obtained. A few examples of common diseases were extracted to investigate the treatment principle and way of discussing which exists in common for common reference.
