摘　　要：本文主要通过对杨才德副主任运用"项五针"埋线针刀治疗项韧带钙化的介绍,从中医针灸学、针刀医学、西医解剖学、埋线疗法等各方面综合提炼,阐述其治疗本病的主要机理,临床应用的方法,治疗疾病的效果,作者运用本方法治疗项韧带钙化,取得了很好的疗效,现予以介绍,供临床参考应用。Through the introduction of deputy director Yang Caide with the use of ＂ xiangwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of ligamentum nuchae ossification, this article mainly described the main mechanism, clinical application method and therapeutic effect from the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, acupotomy medicine, Western medicine anatomy, catgut embedding therapy and other aspects comprehensive extraction. The authors applied this method to treat ligament calcification, and has obtained the good curative effect. It would be introduced, and provide reference for clinical application.
