摘  要:[目的]通过对岭南牛两个Y-SNPs标记进行研究,了解岭南牛的父系起源及遗传多样性。[方法]采用PCR扩增、测序及生物信息学方法。[结果]通过对30头岭南牛YSNPs标记进行分析,发现有28个Y3单倍型组,占总个体数的93.33%,2个为Y2单倍型组,占6.67%。表明岭南牛有普通牛和瘤牛2个父系起源。[结论]岭南牛属于南方牛类型,受瘤牛的影响很大,具有瘤牛和普通牛的种质特征。[Objective]The aim of this paper was to analyze the paternal origin and genetic diversity of Lingnan cattle based on study of two single nucleotide polymorphism in Y chromosome. I-Method]Two Y-- SNPs loci of 30 Lingnan cattle bulls were analyzed using PCR, sequencing and bioinformatics methods. [Result]Based on the analysis about these two SNP loci in 30 samples, the results showed that 28 Y3 hap- lotype were identified, and the frequencies of Y3 haplotype were 93. 33% as well as the frequencies of Y2 haplotypes were 6.67%, which indicated that Lingnan cattle have two distinct paternal origins from Bos tuarus and Bos indicus. [Conclusion] Lingnan cattle, the southern cattle type in China, had two types of paternal origins from Bos taurus and Bos indicus, which was mainly affected by Bos indicus.
