摘　　要：从中医馆健康信息平台基本医疗信息系统建设实际出发,阐述了开展中医馆健康信息平台基本医疗信息系统功能规范研究的意义、目标和原则,论述了中医馆基本医疗信息系统功能体系结构和总体要求,从功能定义、适用范围、业务活动和功能要求4个维度提出了中医馆基本医疗信息系统各分系统功能的基本要求,明确了系统接口和安全管理规范,建立了中医馆健康信息平台基本医疗信息系统功能规范体系,弥补了规范的缺失,为中医馆基本医疗信息系统建设提供技术支持与指导。Aiming at the present situation of the construction of basic medical information system of TCM treatment area health information platform, the article elaborates the meaning, objectives and principles of the research of the basic medical information system of TCM treatment area health information platform. It discusses the function architecture and total requirements of the system, and the basic requirements of the sub-system are described by functional definitions, scope of applications, activities and functional requirements. And it defines the safety management and system interface specification. The result of the research formulates the standard architecture of basic medical information system of TCM treatment area health information platform, makes up for the lack of standard system, so as to provide technical support and guidance for the construction of basic medical information system of TCM treatment area health information platform.
