中医诊断量表的研究现状及文献分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医诊断量表的研究现状并进行文献分析。方法:运用文献回顾的方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wan Fang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)1998年1月至2016年4月国内发表的有关中医诊断量表的期刊文献。结果:共检索到56篇文献,44个量表。中医诊断量表的数量基本呈逐年递增的趋势,涉及疾病种类广泛。其中有19个量表介绍了条目的建立,有14个量表涉及了条目的筛选,19个提到量表测评的中医诊断量表中,有11个说明了量表的重测信度,11个介绍了量表的分半信度,16个介绍了内部一致性,7个量表报道了内容效度,14个量表汇报了结构效度,8个量表评价了区分效度。结论:中医诊断量表的研究呈递增趋势,但是数量不多,有待进一步编制;量表的需要详细介绍量表的编制过程及具体方法,从而利于量表的推广;量表的质量急需提高,通过对重测信度、内容效度、区分效度、反应度等指标建立的科学化、规范化来改善。Objective： To understand the research status of TCM diagnosed scales. Methods： The databases CNKI, WanFang, VIP were used to search the literature about TCM scales which was published between in January 1998 and December 2015. Results： The 44 scales （included 56 studies） were identified. The number of TCM diagnosed scales were increased yearly, and the domains varies. The 19 scales reported the foundation of the items, and 14 scales refer to the item selection. According to 19 scales evaluate the validity and reliability, 11 scale illustrate the test-retest reliability, 11 scales explained the half reliability, 16 scales account for inter- nal consistency, 7 scales reports content validity, 14 scales present construct validity, 8 scales evaluate the discrimination validity. Conclusions： There are few TCM diagnosed scales at present; the scales need explaining the process and the method; the quality of the scales should be enforced, enlighten the sciantization and the testretest reliability, content validity, discrimination validity and responsibility.
