摘 要:梯形波反电动势无刷电机与正弦波反电动势无刷电机有相似之处也存在差异,为便于在实际应用中的电机选型和进一步深入研究,有必要对两种电机进行对比分析。首先系统阐述了梯形波反电动势与正弦波反电动势无刷电机的界定方法,进而从原理、结构、调制方式及机械特性4方面对两类电机进行了理论分析与对比,详细阐明了两者的异同点。基于理论分析与对比,分别对两类电机设计了相应的控制策略,进行了实验测试,从位置信号、线反电动势、相电流和线电压4方面比较了其异同。There are many similarities between the square wave back EMF brushless motor and the sine wave back EMF brushless motor, but there are some differences. In order to facilitate the selection of motor and further research in practical application, it is necessary to make a comparative analysis of these two kinds of motors. The definition method of trapezoidal wave back EMF and sine wave back EMF brushless motor was introduced, and theoretical analysis and compari- sons were operated on the principle, structure, modulation mode and mechanical characteristics, which described the simi- larities and differences between the motors in detail. Based on theoretical analysis and comparison, the corresponding con- trol strategies were designed for these two kinds of motors, and the corresponding experimental test was conducted, from four aspects of the position signal : the line counter electromotive force, phase current and line voltage comparing their simi- larities and differences.
