摘　　要：随着国家对建筑信息化技术的推动,BIM技术在建筑中的应用越来越广。通过阐述住宅产业化与BIM技术之间的关系,展现了BIM在住宅产业化深化设计与建造过程中的应用,并展望了住宅产业化与BIM技术的未来发展。With the development of information technology, the BIM technology is more and more widely used in architecture. In this paper, through explanation the relation between housing industry and BIM technology, it will reflect the application of BIM in residential design and construction, and expect to the future development of housing industry and BIM technology.
