摘 要:目的监测分析并评价新疆某焦化厂工作场所中粉尘、二氧化硫(SO_2)和噪声污染情况,提出合理的可预防措施和建议。方法采用现场调查和现场检测方法,根据国家职业卫生标准及相关规范进行综合性评估。结果行政办公室的粉尘、SO_2和噪声合格率均为100.0%;机测粉尘浓度有5次超过职业卫生长时间接触允许浓度,超标率6.5%、合格率93.5%,捣固站噪声强度77次均超过职业接触限值、超标率为100.0%、合格率为零。结论炼焦单元机测粉尘危害和捣固机噪声危害较严重,须加强工程技术防护、个体防护、职业卫生管理,以确保作业人员的健康和安全。Objective To detect, analyze and evaluate the concentrations of dust, sulfur dioxide, noise in a coking plant in Xinjiang, to propose preventive measures and suggestions. Methods According to the national occupational health standards and related specifications, field investigation, field test, analysis and evaluation were carried out. Results The qualified rate of dust, sulfur dioxide and noise was 100.0% in administrative office. The dust concentration measuring by machine exceeded contact allowable concentration of occupational health for long time more than 5 times, with over standard rate of 6.5%(5/77) and the qualified rate of 93.5%. The tamping machine noise intensity was over the occupational exposure limit more than 77 times, with the over standard rate of 100.0%, and the qualified rate of 0. Conclusions The damage caused by coking unit of the machine measuring dust is severe. Noise of tamping machine needs improving and personnel protection should be strengthened.
