摘 要:目的掌握哈尔滨市碘缺乏病消除现况。方法于2015年对自评达标的全市18个区县碘缺乏病防治情况进行调查,按照《重点地方病控制和消除评价办法》进行评价。结果全市各区、县(市)共调查居民户食用盐1 798份,合格碘盐食用率达到90.53%~100%;调查8~10岁学生尿样1 800份,检测尿中碘含量,各区、县(市)学生尿碘中位数在141.13μg/L^227.92μg/L,尿碘水平低于50μg/L的比例在0%~8%;调查1 800名8~10岁学生甲状腺肿大情况,各区、县(市)学生甲状腺肿大率在0%~4%。调查718份孕妇尿碘,各区、县(市)孕妇尿碘中位数在151.67μg/L^388.18μg/L;调查孕妇碘盐719份,各区、县(市)孕妇合格碘盐食用率均在92.3%~100%。调查各区、县(市)健康教育问卷360份,平均分在6.55分~10分。经调查,各区、县(市)各项技术指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准技术指标。结论哈市所辖18个区县通过自评和市级调查复核,各项管理、技术指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准要求,在市级层面上,可判定各区县实现碘缺乏病消除目标。Objective To master the status of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in Harbin. Method The situation of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders of 18 districts and counties whose self-assessment was qualified in2015 were investigated,according to focus on endemic disease control and elimination of valuotion methods to evaluate. Results The total number of salt samples were 1798,the rate of qualified iodized salt reached between 90. 53% and 100%;The total number of urine samples of 8-10 years students were 1800,the median of iodine content of different areas were between 141. 13μg/L and 227. 92μg/L,and the rates of urine iodine content below 50μg/L were between 0 and 8%; The thyroid swelling rate of 1800 students aged 8-10 years of different areas were between 0% and 4%; The median of urine iodine content of 718 pregnant women of different areas were between 151. 67μg/L and 388. 18μg/L; The rate of qualified iodine salt of 719 pregnant women of different areas were between 92. 3% and 100%; The average score of 360 health education questionnaire were between 6. 55 and 10. According to the investigation,the technical indexes of various districts and counties( cities) all achieved the standard and technical indexes for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. Conclusion 18 districts and counties of Harbin have been achieved the elimination of iodine deficiency disease standards,which can be determined to achieve the elimination of iodine deficiency disease target at the municipal level through investigation.
