摘　　要：在参与"一带一路"建设方面,上海有必要利用其国际金融中心的特殊地位,把上海建设成为支持"一带一路"建设的金融营运中心,在金融对外开放、人民币国际化、金融创新、金融人才培育和金融市场建设等方面全面对接"一带一路"倡议,从而把上海建设成为服务"一带一路"建设的投融资中心、跨境资金清算中心、金融服务中心、金融大数据中心、金融风险评估中心。In ＂The Belt and Road＂ construction, it is necessary for Shanghai to use its special status in the international financial center, continually be constructed as financial operations center supporting ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative , docking ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative in the aspects of financial opening, RMB internationalization, financial innovation, financial talent cultivation and financial market construction, so as to build Shanghai into an investment and financing center for serving ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, a cross-border capital settlement center, a financial service center, a financial big data center, and a financial risk assessment center.
