摘 要:类拟盘多毛孢属真菌(Pestalotiopsis-like fungi)是油茶上重要的病原菌,能够引起病害并造成损失。从安徽省旌德县庙首林场油茶病叶中分离到6株类拟盘多毛孢属真菌,采用形态学结合3基因(ITS+TUB+TEF)分子系统学分析鉴定。结果显示,6株类拟盘多毛孢属真菌属于4个种,其中Pestalotiopsis chamaeropis为已知种,系油茶上首次报道,其余3个为系统发育种,由于缺乏足够菌株,没有进一步描述,菌株致病性也需要进一步研究。研究结果预示油茶中可能有更多的未描述的类拟盘多毛孢属的种。应对全国油茶类拟盘多毛孢属真菌的进行全面系统的调查研究,为油茶病害防治和抗病育种提供基础数据。Pestalotiopsis-like fungi are important pathogens of Camellia oleifera,causing diseases and dam- ages. Morphology combined with the molecular phylogenetic analysis of three genes (ITS+ TUB+ TEF) were used to identify six strains of Pestalotiopsis-like fungi, which isolated from the leaf of Camellia oleifera in Miaoshou Forest Farm, Jingde County, Anhui Province. The results showed that there were six strains belonging to four spe- cies of Pestalotiopsis-like fungi. The known specie of Pestalotiopsis chamaeropis was firstly reported on Camel- lia oleifera. Due to the lack of sufficient strains, the other strains were described as phylogenetic species. The re- sults indicated that there might be many undescribed species of Pestalotiopsis-like fungi on Camellia oleifera. Thus, a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the Pestalotiopsis-like fungi of Camellia oleifera in China is necessary for disease control and resistance breeding of Camellia oleifera.
