摘　　要：目的:了解影响恩施州孕产妇死亡的相关因素,为政府制订干预措施提供参考依据。方法:通过相关报表和问卷调查,对恩施州1999-2014年的孕产妇死亡的相关资料进行分析。结果:1999-2014年恩施州的孕产妇死亡率大幅度下降,由1999年的163.6/10万降至2014年的7.1/10万。孕产妇死亡率的降低与"降消"项目经费落实、基层妇幼保健人员数量增加以及住院分娩率的提高等因素有关,但是2011年产前检查和建卡率与孕产妇死亡率呈正相关。结论:住院分娩率的提高有效地促进了母婴安全,资源投入性不再是影响孕产妇死亡率的重要因素。改善孕产期保健服务质量和加强妇幼卫生人力资源配置是今后降低孕产妇死亡率的关键。Objective：To understand the affecting factors of mortality among the pregnant women in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and provide evidence for government policy and intervention measures making. Methods ： Related data in related reports and the questionnaire survey for the maternal mortality in Enshi Prefecture from 1999 to 2011 were analyzed. Results： Maternal mortality ratio in Enshi Prefecture revealed a dramatic decline from 1999 to 2014, from 163.6 per 100 thousand in 1999 declined to 7.1 per 100 thousand in 2014. The main factors influencing the maternal mortality were the increase of central and provincial project funding, maternal and child health workers and the rate of hospital delivery. There was a significant positive correlation between the rate of prenatal examination and the maternal mortality ratio. Conclusion： The improvement of hospital delivery rate effectively promoted mother＇s safety. The influencing factors of maternal mortality are no longer the resource input factors. Improving the quality of pregnancy care services and strengthening the allocation of human resources in maternal and child health are the keys to reducing maternal mortality at the next stage.
