摘　　要：目的:总结目前医患关系与医德医风的现状特点,提出进一步改善医患关系、促进医德医风建设的合理化建议。方法:在"市场经济条件下医患关系和医德现状"实地调研基础上,于2015年对江苏省13家三甲医院再次进行调查,按1∶2的医患比例共方便抽样医务人员195人、患者390人进行问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计和χ2检验。结果:医务人员对医患关系改善的信心不足,认为责任心是提高医疗服务质量的最主要因素;医疗费用高、医患沟通不到位是医患双方认为影响患者信任的最主要原因;医德医风有明显改善,但个别不规范行为仍然存在。结论:只有切实保障医患双方的合法权益,提高医务人员责任心,加强医患双向互动沟通,才能重建医患信任,促进医患关系和谐。Objective： This paper summarized the status and characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship and medical ethics, and then proposed reasonable suggestions for improving them. Methods： Based on the investigation of the doctor-patient relationship and medical ethics, a similar research was carried out in 2015 in 13 Hospitals （3A Grade） in Jiangsu Province. According to the proportion of doctors and patients in 1 ： 2, a total of 195 medical staffs and 390 patients were investigated by questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi square test. Results： The medical staff lacks enough confidence to improve the doctor-patient relationship. The conscientiousness of medical staff is the most important factor to improve the quality of medical service. Medical expenses and communication between doctors and patients are the main factors influencing the doctor-patient relationship. Medical ethics has significantly improved, but there are still some irregularities. Conclusion： We should effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients, improve the medical staff＇s responsibility and strengthen the interactive communication. Only in this way, can we rebuild the mutual trust and promote harmonious doctor-pa- tient relationship.
