背根神经节脉冲射频联合臭氧治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价背根神经节脉冲射频联合臭氧治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法 42例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按随机数字表法分为联合组和臭氧组,每组21例。两组患者均给予基础口服药物治疗,联合组在此基础上给予背根神经节脉冲射频联合臭氧治疗,臭氧组在口服药物基础上给予臭氧治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月测定视觉模拟评分(VAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(PSQI),并行组间比较。结果不同处理组治疗后的VAS评分及PSQI评分均低于治疗前;与臭氧组相比,联合组的VAS评分和PSQI评分明显降低(P<0.05)。所有患者均未有严重并发症。结论背根神经节脉冲射频联合臭氧治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛近期疗效显著,可明显减轻疼痛,改善睡眠。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pulse radiofrequency （PRF） applied to dorsal root ganglion with ozone in treat- ment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 42 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into 2 groups by using random number table ： com- bination group and ozone group, 21 cases in each group. Patients in both groups received basic oral medication for treatment. Patients in combina- tion group received PRF applied to dorsal root ganglion with ozone treatment on the basic oral medication, while patients in ozone group received only ozone treatment on the basis of above oral medication. The visual analogue scale （VAS） scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） scores were assessed at baseline, 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results In comparison with baseline, VAS scores and PSQI scores were decreased in different groups. In comparison with ozone group, VAS scores and PSQI scores in combination group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no major adverse events occurred. Conclusion The application of PRF on dorsal root ganglion with ozone for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has significant clinical efficacy, it can markedly relieve the pain and improve the quality of sleep.
