摘 要:目的观察注射用葛根素对代谢综合征的疗效及血管活性因子调节作用。方法 50例代谢综合征患者随机分为对照组及实验组各25例。两组患者均给予二甲双胍片治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予注射用葛根素静滴,疗程为3周。监测两组患者治疗前后血压、血脂、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数及内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)水平,比较治疗前后的差异及治疗后组间差异。结果实验组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)治疗后较治疗前均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组较对照组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胰岛素抵抗指数差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组治疗后内皮素及一氧化氮较治疗前有显著改善,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根素在血脂及血压调控方面具有显著优势,或与提高血管内皮素及一氧化氮水平相关,是代谢综合征辅助治疗的重要方法之一。Objective To observe the curative effect and regulation of Puerarin for Injection on the metabolic syndrome and vasoactive factors.Methods 50 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 25 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with metformin. The experimental group was given Puerarin for Injection for 3 weeks additionally. Blood pressure,blood lipids,plasma glucose,insulin resistance index and the levels of endothelin and nitric oxide were measured before and after treatment.To compare the difference of the treatment between groups. Results The systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),total triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),fasting blood glucose( FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose( PBG),insulin resistance index( HOMA-IR) were statistically significant in the experimental group after treatment.Compared with the control group,the difference of experimental group was significant in SBP,DBP,PBG,FBG( P〈0.05) and statistically significant in TG,TC,HDL-C,HOMA-IR( P〈0.01).ET and NO in the experimental group after the treatment were significantly improved( P〈0.01) and statistical significance compared with the control group( P〈0.05).Conclusion Puerarin had a significant advantage in the regulation of blood lipid and blood pressure,the mechanism maybe related to improve vascular endothelin and nitric oxide levels.It was one of the important adjuvant therapy for metabolic syndrome.
