杜仲树皮产量和活性成分含量与生长指标的相关性分析

摘　　要：以广元市旺苍县4个样区136份杜仲树皮为试材,采用HPLC法测定其绿原酸和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量,活立木树皮产量测算方法测算树皮产量,研究杜仲树皮产量及活性成分含量与树龄、株高、胸径及皮厚的相关性,为旺苍县杜仲优良品种的选育提供有效参考。结果表明:4个样区的杜仲树皮绿原酸含量0.079%~1.208%,松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量0.068%~5.251%,树皮平均年产量0.03~2.56 kg。树龄为6~28年杜仲树皮,活性成分含量主要与树龄、胸径呈负相关,产量与树龄、株高、胸径、皮厚呈正相关。因此,可以将树龄和胸径2个指标优先纳入旺苍县优良杜仲的选育工作中。Using 136 bark samples from 4 areas of Wangcang County,Guangyuan City,the correlations of bark yield and active ingredient contents with age,plant height,diameter at breast height and bark thickness of Eucommia ulmoides were studied to provide references for breeding good varieties. The content of active ingredients in E. ulmoides barks was determined by HPLC method,and the bark yield was calculated in the alive condition. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid and pinoresinol diglucoside in E.ulmoides barks was 0. 079% ~ 1. 208% and 0. 068% ~ 5. 251% respectively,and the average annual bark yield was 0. 03 ~ 2. 56 kg. In the 6 ~ 28-year-old samples,the content of active ingredients was mainly negtively correlated with plant age and diameter at breast height,and the bark yield was positively correlated with the age,plant height,diameter at breast height and bark thickness. Therefore,tree age and diameter at breast height could be chosen as the prior indexes for variety breeding.
