摘　　要：喂线技术在铸造生产中逐步得到应用,尤其是在蠕化处理及球化处理中,逐步取代冲入法作为主流的生产工艺。本文主要介绍喂线技术工艺特点以及该技术在本厂蠕墨铸铁及球墨铸铁铸造中的应用。Feeding cored-wire technology has been applied gradually in casting production,and becomes the mainstream of production process replacing pour-over process especially in vermicularizing treatment and spheroidized treatment. This paper mainly introduces the characteristic of feed cored-wire technology and the application of this technology in compacted graphite iron and nodular cast iron of Weichai Heavy Machinery CO., LTD.
