东巴古籍保护主体的业务生态构建思考

摘　　要：东巴古籍保护长年基于宏观视角进行研究,虽然理论方面提供了一些指导思路,但实践方面的可行性仍然有限,研究面临横向与纵向的双重深入。鉴于此,本文拟以动态化的保护工作人员作为目标,将东巴古籍保护主体视为对象,对其保护业务展开研究。本文从选择研究对象的原因入手,对现阶段东巴古籍保护主体业务开展状况做出系统分析,由此,通过对应比较与案例说明的方法,在指出保护主体业务生态主旨与基本内容的前提下,分析得出保护主体业务生态实施能带来的理论与实际价值。Abstract：Based on macro-view research for decades on preservation of Dongba manuscripts, the practical solution is still limited even though few theoretical guideline has been offered and the future research is facing a new and deep update both from horizontal to vertical line. Thus, this paper tends to set the dy- namic working staff as researching target and regards those Dongba manuscript preservation executors as researching object so to make a full scale research on their preservative operation. The paper probes the reasons to pick preservation executors as research object, and makes a complete analysis on the contempo- rary operation situation of preservation from working staffs＇ viewpoints, then points out the main and fun- damental content of operational ecology through some professional methods, in order to discuss the theoreti- cal and practical values whenever the operational ecology for preservation executor would be committed.
