摘 要:为探讨玉米自交系种子粒重对其品质性状和活力的影响,以81个玉米自交系的种子为试验材料,按照粒重分为5级,分别对其4个品质性状指标及电导率、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等指标进行分析。结果表明,不同粒重的玉米自交系种子发芽前活力呈显著差异,发芽后差异不显著;蛋白质、脂肪和淀粉含量却存在显著差异,赖氨酸的含量差异不显著。To explore the effects of seed weight on its quality traits and vigor of maize inbred lines,81 varieties of maize inbred lines were divided into 5 levels according to the seed weight and used for the analysis of four indexes of quality, conductivity of solutions,germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index. The results showed that the seed weight of maize inbred significantly affected its vigor before germination,but not significant after germination.It also did not affect the content of Lysine while the content of protein, fat and starch was significantly related with the seed weight.
