摘 要:为了解决铜锌硫化矿浮选分离难题,研发了一种新型选铜捕收剂BL。为了考察其捕收铜的性能,以广西大厂铜锌矿物为浮选对象,进行了系列条件试验。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074mm占85%,矿浆pH=9.5,BL用量60g/t,亚硫酸钠+硫酸锌用量1000+1000g/t,2#油用量40g/t的条件下,浮选试验可得到品位18.51%、回收率82.07%的铜精矿,铜精矿中锌品位9.92%、回收率1.03%,取得了较好的分离浮选指标。To tackle the difficult problem of flotation separation about copper-zinc sulfate ore, a new copper collector called BL was developed. In order to research its collecting copper performance, a series of tests were carried out through taking Dachang copper-zinc ore in Guangxi as a flotation object. The results showed that when the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounted for 85 % of the ore, the pH value was 9.5, the BL dosage was 60 g/t, the sodium sulfite and zinc sulfate dosage were 1000 and 1000 g/t respectively, and the dosage of 2^# oil was 40 g/t, flotation tests could obtain copper concentrate with the grade of 18.51 % and the recovery rate of 82.07 %,in which the zinc grade was 9.92 %, and the recovery rate was 1.03 % , getting better flotation separation indicators.
