摘 要:分析PYB900型圆锥破碎机层压破碎过程,发现其动锥衬板在多因素共同影响下具有极其复杂的受力特性。从该型圆锥破碎机实际几何参数和工作参数出发,利用离散元软件EDEM对其简化,构建几何模型并进行仿真试验,得到不同动锥旋摆速度下其衬板的受力数据,并通过与有限元软件ANSYS耦合,求解得到直观的衬板应力、变形云图,然后进行分析讨论,为破碎设备关键部件的改进设计提供一种新思路。With the analysis of laminating crushing process of PYB900 cone crusher, its moving cone liner has an extremely complex mechanical characteristics under the combined impact of multiple factors. Based on the actual geometric and operation parameters of this cone crusher, it was simplified by the discrete element software called EDEM, its geometric models were built and the simulation experiments were conducted. Therefore the mechanical data of liner at different rotation speeds of mov- ing cone was obtained. Then these data was coupled and calculated by finite element software called ANSYS. Then the liner stress and deformation nephograms were got. which were analyzed and discussed. As a result, it provided a new way for the improved design of vital components of crusher devices.
