摘  要:针对堆浸浸取弱渗透性离子型稀土矿过程中稀土矿物浸出率偏低和资源浪费的情况,通过模拟堆浸浸矿法,对弱渗透性离子型稀土矿进行了浸矿试验,分别从矿堆堆筑、矿堆内部增渗以及布液方法等方面对堆浸浸矿工艺进行了优化研究。试验表明:当矿堆底垫倾角为5°,圆柱体矿堆中增加的渗透器的截面积占矿堆截面积的2%时,浸出效果显著,其浸出率为79.24%,稀土离子平均浸出浓度为2.03g/L。与传统堆浸方法相比,浸出率提高了10.04%。Aimed at low leaching rate of rare-earth ore and the resources waste in the heap leaching process for the ion-type rareearth ore with weak permeability, the leaching-ore experiments on this type of ore was carried out by simulating heap leaching method. And then the optimization studies of heap leaching technology were conducted from three aspects, including ore heap construction, increasing internal infiltration of ore heap and liquid distribution method. The experiments showed that: when the heelpiece angle of ore heap was 5 degree and the sectional area of the increased permeator in cylindrical ore heap accounted for 2% of the sectional area of the ore heap, the leaching effect was obvious with the leaching rate of 79.24% and the average leaching concentration of rare-earth ions of 2.03 g/L. Therefore, compared with traditional heap leaching method, the leaching rate was increased by 10.04%.
