摘 要:针对内蒙古某铜矿综合矿样、铜Ⅱ矿样混合矿样选矿难题,在工艺矿物学的基础上,进行了优先浮选的条件试验研究,综合确定最佳的铜Ⅱ矿石混入比率为15%,并试验确定了适宜的选矿工艺条件及药剂制度,最终得到含铜20.04%,回收率为93.15%的铜精矿,综合回收了两种矿石中的有价金属。To solve the mineral dressing problems about comprehensive ore samples and ore samples mixed copper Ⅱ ore in a copper mine of Inner Mongolia, the experiments of preferential flotation conditions were carried out ,on the basis of technological mineralogy. Through above experiments, the best mixing ratio of copper Ⅱ ore was comprehensively determined as 15 %. As well as appropriate dressing processing conditions and reagent systems were confirmed. Finally the copper concentrate with the copper of 20.04% and the recovery rate of 93.15% was obtained. As a result, there were two kinds of valuable metals to be recovered synthetically.
