摘　　要：利用孵化率高且后代全为雌性个体的雌蚕无性克隆系雌35与平衡致死系平28杂交,育成了综合经济性状优良的雄蚕新品种浙凤2号。新品种在浙江省家蚕新品种实验室鉴定和农村生产试验中表现出孵化、眠起、上蔟齐一,茧型大、产量高,茧丝品质优的特点。新品种的龄期经过略长于对照雄蚕品种秋华×平30,虫蛹率高于对照品种0.66个百分点,万蚕产茧量和万蚕茧层量分别比对照品种提高2.99%、3.73%,茧丝洁净94.80分,出丝率高于对照品种。新品种在蚕种生产过程中,利用雌蚕无性克隆系可实现一方专养雌蚕,另一方专养雄蚕的生产模式,不仅能降低雄蚕杂交种的生产成本,也能提高杂交率和蚕种质量,促进雄蚕新品种的推广应用。2016年5月新品种通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜在长江中下游及四川、山东、河南等省蚕区春季和晚秋季推广饲养。In this study,a new male silkworm（ Bombyx mori） variety Zhefeng No. 2 was bred by hybridizing a female silkworm parthenogenetic line Female 35,of which eggs have high hatching rate and all hatched larvae are female,with a balanced lethal silkworm line Ping 28. The results of laboratory identification and rural production test in Zhejiang Province showed that this new variety was uniform in hatching,molting and mounting. Its cocoons were of big size and high yield. Its cocoon filament was of excellent quality. Its duration of larval stage was slightly longer than that of the control variety Qiuhua×Ping 30. Its larva-pupa survival rate was 0. 66% higher than the control variety. Its cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were 2. 99% and 3. 73% higher than the control variety,respectively. Its neatness was 94. 80 points. Its raw silk rate was also superior to that of the control. For egg production of this new variety,female and male silkworm larvae can be reared in separate laboratories through utilizing the female parthenogenetic line,which could not only reduce the egg production cost of this new variety but also improve percentage of hybrid and quality of the eggs,being favorable for popularization of this new male silkworm variety. This new silkworm variety had been approved by the Agricultural Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Province in May 2016. It is suitable for spring and late autumn rearing in sericultural regions in the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River,Sichuan Province,Shandong Province,and Henan Province.
