摘  要:鲜茧缫丝具有工序简单、成本低、收益高的特点,已作为一种新的缫丝工艺盛行于我国主要蚕丝产区。以鲜茧缫制的生丝(简称鲜茧生丝)和干茧缫制的生丝(简称干茧生丝)为材料,测试与分析2种生丝间的热学性能差异,为科学评价鲜茧缫丝对生丝后加工应用性能的影响提供相关的依据。结果表明,鲜茧生丝和干茧生丝均在215℃左右发生玻璃化转变,二者的热分解温度均出现在320℃附近,经600℃热处理后的质量损失率均在65%左右;但在动态热机械性能分析中,鲜茧生丝的储能模量和损耗模量均低于干茧生丝,说明鲜茧生丝的刚性较差,黏性较小。推测用鲜茧生丝加工的织物,其伸缩性会更好。Fresh cocoon reeling has been widely applied in main sericulture areas of China because of its simple procedure,low cost and high efficiency. In this paper,the thermal properties of raw silk reeled from fresh cocoons and from dried cocoons were investigated,which would provide references for evaluating the influence of fresh cocoon reeling on post-processing applicative performance of raw silk. The results showed that the glass transition temperatures of both fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk were about 215 ℃; the thermal decomposition temperatures of them appeared about 320 ℃; after 600 ℃ heat treatment,the mass loss rates of both fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk were around 65%. However,in dynamic thermomechanical analysis,the storage modulus and loss modulus of fresh cocoon raw silk were lower than those of dried cocoon raw silk,indicating that the fresh cocoon raw silk has poor rigidity and low viscosity. It is speculated that the fabric made from fresh cocoon raw silk would be more elastic.
