摘  要:通过对不同氧浓度和燃烧火焰及温度场的试验研究,并结合富氧燃烧技术机理分析了富氧燃烧技术的可行性和经济合理性;而富氧燃烧技术一直受制氧成本高和运行费用高等因素限制,制氮机富氧尾气回收系统的研发成功解决了富氧来源及运行费用高的问题,将制氮机富氧尾气回收后用于加热炉中进行富氧燃烧可实现增产节能的作用。Through different oxygen concentration and combustion flame and the temperature field of the test and research,and combining the oxygen-enriched combustion technology mechanism analysis of the feasibility of oxygen-enriched combustion technology and economic rationality; And rich oxygen combustion technology has high oxygen generation cost,operation cost higher factors limit,nitrogen making machine oxygen-enriched tail gas recovery system developed to solve the source of oxygen enrichment and high operation cost,after oxygen-enriched exhaust gas recycling nitrogen making machine is used for heating furnace in the effect of oxygen-enriched combustion increase productivity and energy saving can be realized.
