摘　　要：焦炉是焦化行业主要的炼焦设备,也是焦炉煤气的生产设备。针对焦炉煤气的生产进行深入地研究,建立了焦炉煤气产量计算模型。以某钢厂焦炉装炉煤为研究对象,运用Matlab软件对炼焦过程中焦炉煤气的成分和产量进行了预测研究,进而计算得出焦炉煤气的热值等参数。文章所做的研究工作可为准确预测城市燃气负荷和科学调度提供一定的思路和方法。Coke oven is the main coking equipment in coking industry,and it is also the production equipment of coke oven gas. In this paper,the research on coke oven gas production can establish the calculational model of coke oven gas production. The coke oven coal in a steel plant is taken as the research object,Matlab software is used to predict the composition and yield of coke oven gas,and then the calorific value of coke oven gas is calculated. The research work done in this paper can provide some ideas and methods for the accurate prediction of city gas load and scientific dispatch.
