摘　　要：全球范围近期涌现的"新帝国主义论"对"冷战"结束迄今的国际经济政治格局作出了及时总结与阐述。以大卫·哈维为典范的左翼"新帝国主义论"集中研究了美国为首的西方发达资本主义经济、政治、军事、文化等诸方面最新近动向。然而,"新帝国主义"的"新"仅仅局限于表象层面,其本质内涵仍能在列宁"帝国主义论"中得到最为精深的阐释和理解,换言之,尽管左翼"新帝国主义论"洞悉到帝国主义于全球化时期某些社会经济发展趋向和时代特征,然而,其不应当摒弃或偏离唯物史观基本原理同以列宁"帝国主义论"为杰出代表的马克思主义的帝国主义理论范式。The recent emergence of ＂new - imperialism theory＂ on the global scale provides a timely summary of the inter- national economic and political landscape after the end of the cold war. David Harvey＇ s research is the representation of ＂new - imperialism theory＂. However, the ＂new＂ of the ＂new - imperialism＂ is only concentrate on the appearance level, the most profound essence can still be interpreted by Lenin＇ s ＂imperialism theory＂, in other words, although ＂new - impe- rialism＂ represented by Harvey＇s theory gave insight into numerous new change and evolution, but, it should not ignore or abandon the paradigm guided and led by Lenin＇ s ＂imperialism theory＂.
