摘 要:通过共混的方法制备了PA66/MgO抗菌复合材料,并测试了复合材料的力学性能、流变性能和抗菌性能。结果表明:PA66/MgO复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能随MgO用量的增加先增加后减小,但与纯PA66相比,均有不同程度的提高;复合材料的韧性随MgO用量的增加逐渐下降。MgO的加入增大了PA66的表观黏度,且随MgO用量的增加,复合材料的表观黏度先增加后减小;PA66/MgO复合材料的非牛顿指数随MgO用量的增加先减小后增加。PA66/MgO复合材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均高于90%,属于抗菌材料。因此,MgO的引入有效地改善了PA66的抗菌性能。PA66/MgO composite was prepared by blending method, and the mechanical properties,rheological properties and antibacterial properties of the PA66/MgO composite were tested. The results showed that the tensile and bending properties of PA66/MgO composite increased first and then decreased with the amount of MgO increased. The toughness of PA66/MgO composite decreased with the content of MgO increased. The addition of MgO increased the apparent viscosity of PA66, and with the increase of MgO content, the apparent viscosity of composite increased first and then decreased. The non-newton index of PA66/MgO composite decreased first and then increased with the increase of MgO content. The antibacterial rate of PA66/ MgO composite against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were higher than 90% ,which belonged to the antibacterial material. Therefore,the introduction of MgO effectively improved the antibacterial properties of PA66.
