摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体材料,竹纤维(BF)为增强材料,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为增塑剂,壳聚糖(CS)为填充剂,采用注塑工艺制备了PLA/BF/CS复合材料。探讨了PLA/BF/CS复合材料的相容性、热性能、力学性能和吸水性,结果表明:少量CS有利于提高复合材料之间的界面相容性,当CS含量超过10%时,相容性变差;随CS含量的增加,PLA/BF/CS复合材料的热分解温度发生前移,热稳定性变差;少量的CS对PLA/BF/CS复合材料的拉伸强度略有增强而对韧性则有减弱作用;当CS含量超过10%时,拉伸强度显著变差而韧性却得到较好的改善;复合材料的吸水率则随着CS含量的增加呈现上升趋势。A series of polylactide (PLA)/bamboo fiber(BF)/ehitason (CS) composite were prepared with the acetyl-tri- n-butyl citrate(ATBC) as plasticizer and the chitason as modifying agent by the injection molding process. The effects of the the content of CS on mechanical properties,water absorption, thermal stability, compatibility of PLA/BF/CS composite were investigated. A small amount of CS was beneficial to improve the compatibility of the PLA/BF/CS composite when the content of CS was over 10%. The thermal decomposition temperature of PLA/BF/CS composite moved forward with the increasing of the content of CS. The test results of mechanical properties showed that a small amount of CS enhanced the tensile strength slightly and weakened the toughness of PLA/BF/CS composite, while the content of CS was over 10%, impact strenth and water absorption increased with the content of CS.
