摘 要:通过超声分散、熔融共混、高温模压的方法制备了石墨化碳纳米管增强聚醚醚酮型复合材料,碳纳米管质量分数分别为0、1%、3%、5%、7%。采用弯曲测试、热重分析、锥形量热等方法对材料的力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性能进行了分析。结果表明:碳纳米管的添加能够有效增强聚醚醚酮的力学和阻燃性能。当碳纳米管质量分数为5%时,聚醚醚酮的弯曲强度最高,为258.2 MPa;热重分析显示,石墨化碳纳米管有效地延缓了聚醚醚酮的热分解速度;锥形量热法测得的热释放速率峰值最低,具有较好的阻燃性能。Graphitized muhi-wall carbon nanotubes reinforced PEEK composite was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion, meh blending, and compression molding, the mass fraction of the carbon nanotubes was 0, 1% ,3% ,5% and 7%. The mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardant properties of the materials were analyzed by means of bending test, thermo gravimetric analysis and cone calorimetry. The results showed that the mechanical and flame retardant properties of PEEK could be effectively enhanced by the addition of carbon nanotubes. When the mass fraction of the carbon nanotubes was 5% , the bending strength of PEEK was up to :258. :2 MPa;thermo gravimetric analysis showed that, the graphitization of carbon nanotubes effectively delayed the speed of thermal decomposition of polymer. And the heat release was measured by Cone calorimeter,which showed that the composite had minimum peak heat release rate and had a good flame retardant properties.
