环保型永久抗静电PVC糊树脂的制备

摘　　要：PVC糊俗称"液体塑料"。它是PVC粉体表面包覆了乳化剂,加入增塑剂后室温下成乳液状的塑料。因其结构独特,成型工艺简单,加工成本低,广受人们青睐。从三种树脂中筛选出一种加工性能优良的树脂PB1302,对其填充导电云母DM-1,成功地制备了永久型可染色抗静电PVC糊树脂复合材料。用新型增塑剂DOTP和降黏增塑剂TXIB复配的环保型增塑剂取代DOP,制备了无毒环保型PVC抗静电复合材料。PVC paste resin was commonly known as ＂liquid plastic＂. Emulsifier was coated on the surface of PVC powde, it would become the emulsion-like state after adding plasticizer at room temperature. Because of its unique structure, simple molding process, and low processing costs,it was widely favored by the researchers. A significant resin with excellent processing properties,PB1302,was screened out from three kinds of resins. The permanent dyeable antistatic PVC paste resin composite were successfully prepared by filling conduetive mica DM-1. A environment-friendly plasticizer was prepared by complexing with new type of plasticizer DOTP and viscosity reducing plasticizer TXIB, which replaced traditional plasticizers DOP, and prepared a non-toxic,environment-friendly PVC antistatic composite material.
