摘  要:【目的】研究玉米矮秆突变体的激素敏感性,从代谢水平解释它的矮化机理。【方法】以玉米矮秆突变体(掖478改良系的突变体)和3个野生型自交系(掖478、齐319、PH4CV)为材料,采用不同同质量浓度(50,100,150,200mg/L)赤霉素和生长素于苗期进行喷施处理,喷施后10,20,30d测定幼苗株高,分析该突变体的激素敏感性。【结果】100mg/L赤霉素和100mg/L生长素为最适激素质量浓度,处理后30d赤霉素和生长素对突变体株高的作用才能得以充分体现。在激素最适质量浓度、最佳观测时间下,赤霉素能使突变体株高得以恢复至野生型水平,而生长素则不能。【结论】该矮杆突变体属于赤霉素敏感型,赤霉素生物合成途径的缺陷是造成突变体矮化的主要原因,且该矮秆突变体对激素的响应不受遗传背景的影响。【Objective】This study investigated the hormone sensitive of a dwarf mutant of maize and explained the dwarfing mechanism in metabolic level.【Method】A dwarf mutant of Ye478 improved line and three wild lines(Ye478,Qi319 and PH4CV)were sprayed with GA3 and IAA at different concentrations(50,100,150,and 200mg/L)in seedling stage.Seedling heights were measured in different stages after spraying to study the hormone sensitive of this mutant.【Result】The optimal concentrations were 100mg/L(GA3)and 100mg/L(IAA)for the mutant.The effect of GA3 and IAA on seedling height was optimal 30 days after the treatment.Under the optimal concentration and treatment time,GA3 can recover the dwarf seedling height to same as wild types,but IAA cannot.【Conclusion】The dwarf mutant belonged to gibberellic acid sensitive,and gibberellin biosynthetic pathway defects were the main cause of dwarf.Hormone response of the dwarf mutant was not influenced by genetic background.
