New Comprehensions about Prescription Regularity of LI Dongyuan Treating Disease of Spleen and Stomach

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘来探究李东垣治疗脾胃病遣方用药的规律。方法:将李东垣创立的74首方剂分为脾胃虚损、饮食内伤、饮酒损伤3组,并运用数据处理软件Microsoft SQL Server 2005对其进行整理和挖掘,并结合相关理论知识进行分析。结果:李东垣论治脾胃病以虚损为本,以调畅气机和祛除湿浊为治;病机方面,脾胃虚损组以虚损为主,饮食内伤组虚实并举,饮酒损伤组以邪实为重,各不相同。治疗方面,脾胃虚损组以甘温补中法为主,食饮损伤组则以辛开苦降法为治。其外,擅用活血化瘀法治疗食饮损伤而致的痞痛积聚。结论:李东垣擅长用辛开苦降法治疗以食饮损伤为主的脾胃病,甘温补中法则多用于以脾胃虚损为主的脾胃病,并且从血证角度论治痞痛积聚丰富了临床治疗思路。Objective： To analyze the composing principles of prescriptions in treating disease of spleen and stomach based on data mining. Methods： Divide 74 prescriptions of LI Dongyuan into three groups： diseases of deficiency of spleen and stomach,injury due to diet and injury due to wine. Use Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to collect the 74 prescriptions of LI Dongyuan and analyze them by the theory of TCM. Results： In details,deficiency is an important reason for the group of diseases of deficiency of spleen and stomach. The group of injury due to diet is more caused by intermingled deficiency and excess. Eliminating pathogen is a must to treating the group of injury due to wine. In treatment respect,relieving fever with sweet and warm-natured drugs are fit for treating deficiency of spleen and stomach and pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation is propitious to treat injury due to diet or wine. LI Dongyuan uses the method of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis to treat distention and fullness due to diet or wine,which he thinks is a kind of blood disease. Conclusion： LI Dongyuan divides disease of spleen and stomach into deficiency of spleen and stomach and injury due to diet or wine. Relieving fever with sweet and warm-natured drugs are fit for treating deficiency of spleen and stomach and Pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation is propitious to cure injury due to diet or wine. Li Dongyuan riches clinical treatment ideas by using the method of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis to treat distention and fullness due to diet or wine,which he thinks is a kind of blood disease.
