罗颂平治疗卵巢功能减退不孕症临证思路

摘　　要：从病因病机的认识,临证辨治思路及用药规律,介绍罗颂平教授治疗卵巢功能减退不孕的经验。罗教授认为体质偏颇及长期不良情志刺激是发病的重要诱因;肾虚为致病之本,与肝脾功能失调密切相关,冲任失调、胞宫胞脉失养是卵巢功能减退的病理状态。以补肾填精,疏肝健脾为治疗大法。用药平和,同时顾护五脏气血阴阳,忌大寒大热及辛甘走窜伤阴之品。临证注重对患者心理及情志疏导,并擅长饮食药膳调补。Professor LUO Songping focuses on syndrome differentiation according to the basic theories of Chinese medicine in clinics in treating for primary ovarian insufficiency. She proposes that the body constitution and the negative stimulation contribute to the disease. The primary job for treatment is nourishing kidney and the Yin-Yang relationship and Zang functions of the whole body also should be paid attention to. Moreover,she also emphasizes the importance of emotion regulation and good at medicated diet.
