四时辨体捏脊法治疗婴幼儿湿疹(亚急性期)脾虚质60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价"四时辨体捏脊法"治疗婴幼儿湿疹(亚急性期)的有效性及安全性。方法:采用随机空白对照、评价者盲法的方法将60例湿疹患儿随机分为两组。治疗组施以四时辨体捏脊法治疗,对照组仅予基础治疗。结果:治疗组共30例,脱落1例。其中痊愈4例,显效11例,有效9例,无效5例,愈显率51.72%,总有效率82.75%。对照组共30例。其中痊愈1例,显效3例,有效10例,无效16例,愈显率13.34%,总有效率46.67%。结论:四时辨体捏脊治疗婴幼儿湿疹临床疗效满意,值得推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of physical differentiation in four seasons of knead ridge method for the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods： By the method of random controlled trails and blind method,60 cases of children with eczema were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with knead ridge method according to physical differentiation in four seasons. The control group was only given the foundation treatment. Results： The treatment group had 1case falling off,4 cases healed,11 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective and 5 cases failed. The markedly effective rate was51. 72% and the total effective rate was 82. 75%. The control group＇s 30 cases had no loss,1 case recovered,3 cases markedly effectiv,10 cases effective and 16 cases ineffective. The markedly effective rate was 13. 34% and the total effective rate was46. 67%. Conclusion： The knead ridge method therapy according to physical differentiation in four seasons of infant eczema has satisfied clinical curative effect,worthy of popularization and application.
