茯贞膏治疗肿瘤相关性贫血及疲乏的效果及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察茯贞膏治疗肿瘤相关性贫血及疲乏的效果及安全性。方法:观察组32例,服用茯贞膏及对症治疗,对照组30例,仅用对症治疗,8周后比较两组贫血、疲乏改善程度及安全性。结果:茯贞膏可增加患者血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板指标,提高患者机体T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞等免疫指标,降低肝肾功受损、消化道反应等副作用。结论:茯贞膏治疗肿瘤化疗后贫血及疲倦,具有疗效确切、安全可靠优点。Objective： To observe the effect and safety of Fuzhen Ointment in the treatment of tumor-related anemia and fatigue. Methods： There were 32 cases in the observation group. Fuzhen Ointment and symptomatic treatment were given to the observation group. The control group were only treated with symptomatic treatment and there were 30 cases in the control group. 8 weeks after treatment,Compare two groups＇ anemia,fatigue,improved degree and safety. Results： Fuzhen Ointment can effectively improve the patients＇ white blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet,the immune index of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the patients.Fuzhen Ointment can also reduce chemotherapy-induced liver and kidney function damage and adverse effects such as nausea and vomiting. Conclusion： Fuzhen Ointment in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy and fatigue has the advantages of good efficacy,safety and reliablilty.
