坤灵丸治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对功能失调性子宫患者加用坤灵丸后的治疗效果。方法:选取功能失调性子宫出血患者212例,运用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者运用妈富隆联合坤灵丸治疗,共110例;对照组运用妈富隆治疗,共102例。观察两组治疗后患者出血情况和体内性激素变化情况。结果:(1)观察组出血控制时间和完全止血时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)两组患者治疗后促卵泡生成素、黄体生成素和雌激素明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后促卵泡生成素、黄体生成素和雌激素明显低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组总治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在应用妈富隆基础上加用坤灵丸能够达到快速止血作用,患者治疗效果好,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of the patients with dysfunctional uterine after adding Kunling Pills. Methods： A total of 212 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The observation group＇s 110 cases were treated with Marvelon combined with Kunling Pills. The control group＇s 102 cases were treated by Marvelon. Observe two groups＇ bleeding and in vivo changes in hormone after treatment. Results： The bleeding control time and total bleeding time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the two groups＇ follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone and estrogen were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）.After treatment,the observation group＇s were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of Marvelon plus Kunling Pills can rapid stop bleeding with good therapeutic effect. It is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
