摘 要:目的:探讨"肺肠合治"法防治肠道菌群失调合并过敏性哮喘大鼠的有效性。方法:采用饲喂头孢哌酮加白色念珠菌定植复制肠道菌群失调,并在此基础上运用卵清蛋白注射致敏与雾化诱发哮喘,雾化同时给予加味升降散治疗,采用Buxco全身体积描记系统分析呼吸功能,培养肠道细菌并运用ELISA法检测相关免疫因子含量。结果:模型大鼠呼吸频率显著增高,PEF显著减少,penh增高;肠道中肠球菌数量明显减少,双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌未见生长,而肠杆菌数量明显增多,并可检测到白色念珠菌生长;BALF沉渣中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞计数增多;BLAF和血清中Ig E含量明显升高,且BALF中IL-4显著升高,IL-4/IFN-γ比值明显升高;BALF和肠黏膜中s Ig A的含量均显著降低。经加味升降散干预,大鼠肠道的菌群失调有不同程度的恢复,呼吸功能也明显改善,组织形态学改变得到了恢复,白细胞与嗜酸性粒细胞计数、Ig E与IL-4含量显著减少,肺、肠s Ig A也有不同程度的升高。结论:"肺肠合治"法对肠道菌群失调合并过敏性哮喘模型具有明显的治疗作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Feichang Hezhi Method preventing and treating the rats with atopic asthma and enteric dysbacteriosis. Methods: This study made rat model of intestinal microflora disorder and atopic asthma with feeding Antibiotic plus white fungus colonization and ovalbumin injection respectively. When nebulization induced asthma,all rats treated by Jiawei Shengjiang Powder. After 7 days of administration,using Buxco whole-body plethysmography system analysis the respiratory function,and using the ELISA method to detecting content of related immune factors. Results: The respiratory rate of model rats increased obviously,PEF decreased significantly,Penh increased. The number of intestinal enterococci decreased obviously,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus was growth and enterobacteria increased significantly,and Candida albicans can be detected.The cell count of White blood cells and eosinophil increased significantly in BALF sediment. The Ig E content increased in BLAF and serum. The IL-4 content in BLAF significantly increased,and the IL-4/IFN-ratio increased significantly. The s Ig A content in BALF and the intestinal mucosa were significantly decreased respectively. After administration,the intestinal microflora disorder have recovered in varying degrees and the respiratory function also improved significantly. The change of tissue morphology has been recovered. The cell count of White blood cells and eosinophil,Ig E and IL-4 were significantly reduced. The s Ig A content in BALF and the intestinal mucosa also increased in different degrees. Conclusion: Feichang Hezhi Method comprehensively had significantly effects on rat model of atopic asthma combined with enteric dysbacteriosis
